For their two larger offices we installed Fibre Ethernet leased lines with automatic 4G failover, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. The Fibre Ethernet gives them 99.9% uptime, backed by a managed router and an 8-hour fix time SLA.

In their smaller sites we used standard fibre broadband. We split data and voice traffic and linked all sites back to their head office via VPN.

We expertly managed each connection with site visits, router installations, and telephone system reconfigurations. And we collaborated closely with our customer’s IT company for a smooth setup, including VPNs for data traffic.

The result

With our industrial internet connectivity our customer smoothly transitioned from broadband to Fibre Ethernet, gaining the essential bandwidth for their larger offices. And peace of mind thanks to faster service fixes and automated backup. With their newly centralised telephone system, collaboration and call transfers between offices are seamless.
