Since starting Peak Telecom in 1999, Richard has grown the company from a modest enterprise into one of the UK’s leading managed telecoms services providers.
His knowledge of the telecoms landscape and supplier relationships ensures that our customers consistently access the most competitive rates and precisely tailored solutions.
Rostyn Standen
Leading our finances since 2010, Rostyn drives our day-to-day fiscal operations. Her expert guidance has fueled a notable revenue surge over recent years.
Rostyn is the mastermind behind managing our monthly customer billing, adeptly navigating complex supplier payment structures, ensuring timely service invoicing and a clear process for customers. She also manages our online HR and HS systems.
Stephen Amos
In 2012 we placed an ad for a ‘Technical Genius’ and Stephen answered the call. Since then, he’s spearheaded our evolution into a trailblazing market leader in technical telecoms solutions.
Stephen is the creative brain behind all our internal databases, taking charge of office connectivity and hosted telephony services. He’s also our tech explorer, constantly evaluating new products and software to keep us and our customers at the forefront of industry innovation.
Gemma Tyne
Gemma joined us in 2015 and currently heads up the Mobile team. She’s our internal account manager for our key customers, handling enquiries and maintaining top-notch customer accounts.
Gemma has played a vital role in driving mobile business growth here at Peak, now leading the team that manages over 4,500 SIMs for our SME and Enterprise customers.
Ryan O’Malley
Ryan joined us in 2016 as our second Technical Genius and has taken the helm of our mobile device management solutions and IoT SIMs.
On his watch this area of the business has seen impressive growth – we now manage over 3,500 devices used across the UK daily. Thanks to Ryan’s expertise we’ve also broadened our device management capabilities across multiple MDM platforms, including SOTI, Intune, Samsung Knox, and Jamf Wandera.
