Richard Lambert
Since founding Peak Telecom in 1999, Richard has grown the company from a modest enterprise into one of the UK’s leading managed telecoms services providers.
Richard’s extensive knowledge of the telecoms landscape and strong supplier relationships ensures our customers consistently access competitive rates and precisely tailored solutions.
When not leading the company, Richard enjoys snowboarding, riding his motorbikes and spending time in the countryside with his dog.
Rostyn Standen
Rostyn has been leading our finances since 2010, expertly driving our day-to-day finance operations. Her expert guidance has fuelled a notable revenue surge over recent years.
Rostyn is the mastermind behind managing our monthly customer billing, navigating complex supplier payment structures, ensuring timely invoicing, and delivering clear processes for customers. She also manages our online HR and HS systems.
When Rostyn’s head is not full of all things finance, she loves to travel (the further the better) and has the tough job of supporting Charlton Athletic FC.
Stephen Amos
When we advertised for a ‘Technical Genius’ in 2012, Stephen answered the call. Since then, he’s spearheaded our evolution into a trailblazing market leader in technical telecoms solutions.
Stephen is the creative mind behind our internal databases, manages our office connectivity and hosted telephony services, and constantly evaluates new products and software to keep us at the forefront of industry innovation.
Outside of work, Stephen loves mixing things up in the kitchen as an avid cook and diving headfirst into testing and playing video games.
Gemma Tyne
Since joining Peak Telecom in 2015, Gemma has become an invaluable member of our team. Her expertise in mobile solutions and account management plays a vital role in our mobile business growth.
As a Key Account Manager, Gemma builds strong relationships with clients and ensures they maximize the value of their services with us.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys yoga, socializing with a cocktail in hand, and enthusiastically supports her children as a dedicated dance and football mum.
Ryan O’Malley
Ryan joined Peak Telecom in 2016, transitioning from his previous role in golf course management. His dedication and expertise have seen him progress from first line support to leading our team focused on rugged devices and MDM solutions.
Ryan specializes in providing managed mobile solutions to our key customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support.
When not at work, Ryan enjoys playing five-a-side football, golf, and is a big Formula 1 fan.
Eloise Kitchener
Eloise joined Peak Telecom in early 2024 as a Technical Administrator and quickly demonstrated her talent and dedication, leading to her current role as Key Account Manager.
Eloise nurtures relationships with our key customers, serving as their main point of contact. Eloise is instrumental in managing and analysing these accounts to optimize efficiencies.
Away from the office, Eloise enjoys spending time in the countryside, pursuing her passion for horse riding, and socializing with friends at the local pub.
Rebecca Gale
Rebecca became the latest member of our team when she joined us at the end of 2024. She has shown a keen interest in all our products and now supports multiple services within the business.
With Rebecca’s in-depth knowledge of 8×8, she now plays a vital role in updating and managing phone systems for our customers.
Outside office hours, you’ll find Rebecca reading books, watching films, or listening to music.
Barrie Fox
Barrie has worked selling software in the waste management and aggregates industry for over 18 years. He joined Peak Telecom last year as business development manager, to further expand Peak Telecoms rugged device customer base.
Since joining us, Barrie has provided great insights into enhancing and developing this key sector of the business.
When Barrie is not at work, he plays saxophone with his trio band in local pubs and clubs. He also loves to spend quality time with his family and of course likes to holiday whenever he can.
Ruby & Dylan
Ruby and Dylan are the office pups at Peak, boasting a combined 17+ years of “work” experience.
They’re an integral part of the team, taking on essential tasks like cleaning up after staff lunches, alerting us to delivery drivers, and keeping everyone moving with their midday walks!
